Adelvium Ltd (“Adelvium”, “we”, “I”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Registered office: C/O Phelan Cloud Accounting, 18 New Road, Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire PO8 0NS. Contact: contact@adelvium.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you send a message, we collect your name, email address, company name and the message itself. We use this to reply to you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Booking a call. The booking page is provided by Microsoft Bookings. When you book, Microsoft collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. The booking calendar only loads if you choose to show it; Microsoft then sets its own cookies. Microsoft’s privacy statement applies to its processing.

Website logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not identify you or track you across other websites. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not bots. Turnstile processes limited browser information for that purpose.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through SMTP2GO, our email delivery provider. Bookings are processed by Microsoft. Hosting and website analytics are provided by Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If we don’t work together, we delete enquiry details within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email contact@adelvium.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page.
